Was it’s use as waiting music for phone support. Makes me anything but calm.

And makes me never want to hear it again.

I sit on hold with insurance companies for a significant part of my work day. I’ve found that I much prefer to listen to classical than whatever other generic crap most companies use.

As a classical musician, I approve of this. My wife’s office plays classical music on hold, but it’s turned up to 11. I have to hold the phone away from my ear when she puts me on hold. I have been known to hang up if the hold music is terrible.

I can easily adjust the volume on my desk phone and I use that control constantly.

i’m guessing if your calling for support you are agrevated. If they played Godsmack or Disturbed, by the time they answer you wuld probably be ready to fight them
